Quality, HSE & Compliance Manager Hunmanby, North Yorkshire | Full-time | On-site Lead Quality, Safety & Compliance in a Global Manufacturing Business Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) is a global leader in the design and manufacture of generator controllers, automatic transfer switch controllers, battery chargers, and vehicle control systems. The Role As the business lead for Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Compliance activities, you will:

• Lead and develop our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and safety incidents
• Ensure compliance with CE/UKCA, RoHS, REACH and WEEE requirements
• Lead internal and external audits, investigations, and corrective action programmes
• Manage risk assessments and compliance activities across the business
• Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Lead, coach, and develop Quality, HSE, and Compliance teams About You We're looking for a proactive leader with:
• Proven experience in a senior Quality, HSE, or Compliance role within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience leading audits, compliance programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, or SPC
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
