The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold sale and purchase transactions
• Managing leasehold sales and purchases
• Providing exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, developers and third parties
• Building and maintaining strong referrer and client relationships
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives
• Working autonomously whilst benefiting from colleague support and guidance
• Utilising case management systems to progress matters efficiently The Candidate:
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Practitioner with Conveyancing Practice Rights
• 4+ years' PQE within Residential Property law
• Strong experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and technical ability
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
