OPERATIONS MANAGER - INFLUENCER AGENCY GLOUCESTERSHIRE - HYBRID UP TO £60,000 DOE P/A Are you a proven Operations Manager in the area looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency? Our client is a new Influencer Talent Agency based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Benefits:

• Manage day-to-day operations and improve internal processes.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from onboarding through completion.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, contracts, and payments.
• Maintain project management systems, talent databases, and documentation.
• Support Talent Managers with creator onboarding and campaign logistics.
• Facilitate communication between creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and agency standards are met. Experience and skills:
• 3+ years of operations or project management experience, preferably in influencer marketing, talent management, or a digital agency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator management.
• Knowledge of campaign operations, contracts, and invoicing.
