We're looking for someone who knows how to win complex, high-value B2B opportunities. Not transactional selling. Not smashing through hundreds of cold calls. This is about identifying the right organisations, understanding complex problems, building relationships with senior stakeholders and developing opportunities over longer sales cycles. You'll own the commercial journey. 🔎 DISCOVER Understand the organisation, its challenges, stakeholders and commercial drivers. 🤝 BUILD Develop credibility across multiple stakeholders, including senior and C-suite decision-makers. 🎯 CONVERT Navigate complex buying processes, procurement and commercial negotiations to turn opportunities into long-term customers. 📈 DEVELOP Build strategic pipeline through relationships, targeted account development and collaboration with wider commercial and marketing teams. We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:

• Strong B2B sales performance
• SaaS / technology experience
• Complex or enterprise sales cycles
• High-value deal experience
• C-suite / senior stakeholder engagement
• Consultative discovery

• Strategic account development
• Accurate forecasting and CRM discipline Tender or formal procurement experience would be highly advantageous. HealthTech experience is attractive, but it isn't essential. We're equally interested in exceptional people from enterprise SaaS, regulated technology and other complex B2B environments who can learn a market quickly.
