What You'll Be Doing As an Operations Manager, you'll lead and coach a team of Area Managers across a large multi-site operation. You'll be responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing Area Managers to achieve exceptional results.
• Driving sales growth, profitability and operational performance across multiple stores.
• Creating a high-performance culture focused on customer service, people development and accountability.
• Ensuring outstanding standards in Health & Safety, Food Safety and operational compliance.
• Supporting succession planning and talent development across the business.
• Using data and insight to improve labour efficiency, service metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic business initiatives and growth plans. What We're Looking For Essential ✅ Previous Domino's Pizza Senior Management experience- Required ✅ Experience leading Area Managers or multi-site operational teams. ✅ Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth. ✅ Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams. ✅ Full UK Driving Licence. ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the business.
