Product Owner

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in defining, prioritising and delivering digital products that create value for our customers and the business. As Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring product priorities align with strategic objectives and customer needs. You will own and manage the product backlog, working closely with Engineering, UX, QA and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Lead Product Owner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the Findel business to understand requirements, define product goals and ensure development teams remain focused on delivering the highest-value opportunities. Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritised product backlog aligned to business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to define and communicate product priorities.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning activities.
• Make informed prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs, business value and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Monitor product performance and use insights and feedback to inform future development.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria and customer expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of product management and agile delivery practices.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development throughout the organisation. About you You will be a collaborative and commercially aware Product Owner with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across both technical and non-technical teams. You will be comfortable working within an agile environment, managing multiple priorities and making decisions that balance customer value, business objectives and delivery considerations. • Experience in a Product Owner, Product Management or Business Analysis role.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria and product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams and functions. Desirable
• Experience working within B2G, education or eCommerce environments.
• Knowledge of modern product management frameworks and practices.
• Experience working with digital platforms and customer-facing products.
