- You'll lead the people behind the partnerships

- You'll help the team become even better at understanding partner businesses, using data, demonstrating value and having confident senior-level conversations. Who are we looking for? We're looking for an established senior leader who understands that the best commercial relationships aren't transactional.
- You'll have significant experience leading partnerships, commercial relationships or a substantial customer portfolio ideally within leisure, hospitality or another partnership-led industry.
- You'll be comfortable sitting across the table from a founder or CEO and discussing the performance of their business, as well as leading complex, high-value negotiations when required.
- You'll understand P&Ls, commercial models and deal economics, but you'll be equally interested in what makes a partner successful and why they choose to continue working with you.
- You'll know how to use data to tell a compelling story, identify opportunities and make better decisions.
- And you'll be a strong people leader who can create clarity, raise performance and bring teams with you through change.
