Three things. 🔥 CONVERT Work alongside an established SDR team generating warm, qualified opportunities. Take ownership from discovery onwards, understand the customer's challenges and convert opportunities through a genuinely consultative sales process. 🤝 BUILD This isn't a “close it and disappear” sales role. You'll build trusted relationships with customers, understand their organisations and become a genuine long-term commercial partner. 📈 GROW Stay close to your customers, identify opportunities to add value and retain, expand and grow accounts over time.
