𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 / 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀 Full Time - Nantwich - £36k-£40k + Performance-Based Bonuses Drophouse is a live commerce company based in Nantwich. We create and run live shopping shows across TikTok and other platforms, bringing together products, entertainment and content for audiences across the UK. Our flagship tech channel, TechDrops, is growing quickly and we're looking for new hosts to join the team. This isn't a traditional retail job. You won't be working on a shop floor or reading from a script. You'll be in our studio, on camera, talking to a live audience, demonstrating products, reacting to comments and helping turn viewers into customers. If you're confident, quick-thinking and good with people, we'll help you learn the rest. 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢 You'll host live shopping shows from the Drophouse studio, mainly for TechDrops and other channels as they launch. Your role will include:

• Hosting live shows and becoming one of the faces of our channels
• Presenting and demonstrating products in an engaging way
• Talking to the audience and responding to comments in real time
• Building excitement around products, offers and new drops
• Helping convert viewers into customers
• Working with the team on show ideas, formats and segments
• Creating short-form content around the shows
• Reviewing what works and finding ways to improve each broadcast Live shows can be unpredictable. Products change, comments come in and things don't always go to plan. You'll need to stay calm, think quickly and keep the show moving. 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 You don't need a specific background for this role. You might have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, presenting, content, events, acting or streaming. You might not. What matters most is that you're comfortable speaking to people and have the personality to hold an audience's attention. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 You're comfortable being on camera and speaking to a live audience. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 You can react to comments, questions and unexpected moments without losing your flow. 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 You have a natural energy and can make people want to keep watching. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 You understand that the aim is not just to entertain. It's also to sell. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 You understand TikTok, trends and what makes content work online. 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗧 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 Drophouse is building a live commerce business from our studio in Nantwich. We work across e-commerce, content and entertainment, creating live shopping experiences for online audiences. We're a growing team, so things move quickly. New shows are developed, products arrive, ideas are tested and successful formats are built on. You'll work with presenters, producers, e-commerce, warehouse and operations teams. Everyone plays a part in making the shows work, and good ideas can move quickly from conversation to reality. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 Live shopping is still developing in the UK, and we're building the team and formats that will shape where it goes next. For the right person, this can grow beyond simply presenting shows. As Drophouse expands, there will be opportunities to become a recognisable face of a channel, help develop new formats and take on more responsibility across our live content.
