Marked100 helps parents prepare their children for the 11+. Parents upload their child's English work (creative writing and comprehension answers), and a qualified teacher returns clear, practical feedback: what's working, what to fix next, and a short exercise to practise. AI drafts the feedback against a rubric so teachers can focus on what matters: checking, correcting, and adding their expert judgement. We're looking for our first two or three teachers to shape how feedback works from day one. The role

• Review AI-drafted feedback on Key Stage 2 English work, then edit and approve it before it goes to parents
• Most reviews take 5–10 minutes
• Work entirely online, whenever suits you, within an agreed turnaround (for example 48 hours)
• Help refine our marking rubric and feedback style as we grow What we offer
• £4 per completed review, paid monthly
• Fully flexible hours, from home, with no lesson planning or live sessions
• As a founding teacher, the opportunity to discuss a longer-term role, including a possible profit-share arrangement, as the business grows What we're looking for
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent UK teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 English (Years 5–6 ideal)
• Knowledge of 11+ English, grammar school or independent school entrance exams (preferred)
• Clear, encouraging written feedback style
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check and provide two professional references
