Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Kier Construction team based in a flexible location. Location: Flexible location – must be prepared to travel as required Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Working as an integral part of our marketing team, this role will help shape and execute strategies that elevate our brand and promote our projects within the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills, take on more responsibility, and make a tangible impact. You'll work closely with our business development, bid, and project teams to drive our growth objectives. What will you be responsible for? As a Marketing Executive, You'll Be Working Within The Kier Construction Team, Supporting Them In Shaping And Executing Strategies That Elevate Our Brand And Promote Our Projects. Your Day To Day Will Include

• Developing engaging marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content tailored to target audiences
• Supporting digital marketing campaigns and managing our social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn
• Working with business development and bid teams to prepare marketing materials for tenders and client pitches
• Coordinating industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy development What are we looking for? This role of Marketing Executive is great for you if:
• You have outstanding writing skills across a range of channels
• You have experience producing communications materials for internal and external use
• You have excellent digital marketing skills including email marketing, content creation, social media posts, and digital analytics
• You have strong relationship skills with the ability to network and organise others
