ASA Travel is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our coach and minibus operations, develop new markets and build lasting relationships with clients across the region. 💡 In this role, you'll: ✅ Identify new business opportunities and potential contracts ✅ Build relationships with businesses, schools, universities and public-sector organisations ✅ Develop partnerships with travel companies, transport providers and corporate clients ✅ Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions ✅ Represent ASA Travel in client meetings and business discussions ✅ Work closely with our operations team to support business growth We're looking for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to winning new business, and the ability to turn promising leads into lasting partnerships. 📍 Based in Birmingham | ASA Travel
