• Right to work in the UK
• UK CAA ATPL or CPL with appropriate command privileges
• Current Boeing 737 Type Rating (Classic or NG)
• Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
