Commercial Claims Associate

Win as a Team We are hiring a Commercial Claims Associate to join our Manchester team on a hybrid basis. You'll Make An Impact By

• Set up new claims accurately on claims management systems.
• Direct claims and incoming enquiries to the appropriate claims handling teams.
• Handle customer and broker queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all claim information is updated correctly.
• Assist with administrative tasks across the Commercial Claims department as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively to team objectives. Your Skills And Experience
• A relevant degree or prior experience in Insurance.
• Competent IT skills with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
