- On-target earnings up to £34,900
- Comprising a base salary of £29,080 - £34,900
- An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have. Benefits Include

- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- IT literate
- Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
- Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles National Tyres and Autocare is part of the Halfords family.
