Our Senior Consultants combine strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of business operations. As specialists in Data Science & Analytics, they transform complex data into actionable insights and analytical solutions that help organizations improve performance. With expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, programming, and visualization, they uncover patterns, anticipate outcomes, and translate data into measurable business impact. • Exploring, cleaning, and analysing complex datasets to generate actionable insights => EXPLORE & ANALYZE
• Developing statistical and predictive models to understand performance drivers and support decisions => MODEL & PREDICT
• Using Python and SQL to process, analyse, and optimize data => CODE & OPTIMIZE
• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement => DISCOVER & STRATEGIZE
• Creating impactful dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or similar tools => VISUALIZE & ENGAGE
• Translating analytical findings into clear recommendations and business actions => COMMUNICATE & IMPACT

• Mentoring junior consultants and promoting data-driven ways of working => COACH & INSPIRE

• You have a Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have 3–5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a similar role, ideally in consulting or with a leading industry player, with experience in:
• Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
• Statistics, predictive modelling, and machine learning applied to business challenges.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Managing analytics projects from problem definition to implementation.
