Key Responsibilities Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as an experienced change practitioner to: Â- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans Â- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard Â- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles Â- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers Â- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries Â- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business Â- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change Experience & Skills Required Â- Candidates must have S4/SAP Change experience in O&G Industry Â- Change Strategy and Planning Â- Change Impact Assessment & Change Action Execution Â- Change Measurement Â- Stakeholder Management Â- Communications Management Â- Change Network Management Â- Learning Needs Assessment Â- Strategy & Planning Â- Design, Build, & Execution Â- Organisation Design & Deployment
