• Opportunity to work on business-critical leadership appointments rather than high-volume recruitment The Role - Executive Search Consultant As an executive search consultant, you will work closely with experienced partners to deliver senior-level search assignments across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research
• Identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent
• Building long-term relationships with senior leaders and C-suite professionals
• Managing confidential search projects from briefing through to completion
• Producing market intelligence and candidate reports for clients
• Developing into a trusted advisor capable of influencing hiring decisions at board level This is a consultative role where quality, insight and relationship-building are valued above volume! The Ideal Candidate - Executive Search Consultant You will thrive in this role if you:
• Have a strong academic background, ideally with a degree from a reputable university
