What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping candidates secure exciting new career opportunities within the technology sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ✅ Building relationships with new and existing clients ✅ Identifying and engaging top technology professionals ✅ Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls ✅ Business development and cold calling prospective clients ✅ Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage ✅ Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets ✅ Building your personal brand and market presence What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who thrive in competitive, target-driven environments and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
