Commercial Property Paralegal/Fee Earner 📍 Worthing 💰 DOE 💼 Full-time | Hybrid Our client is a progressive, commercially successful and friendly firm with a strong reputation for excellent client care. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Legal 500 ranked team in Worthing. The role

• Full time, based in Worthing, with hybrid working
• Reporting to the Head of Property Department
• Running your own caseload, taking detailed instructions from clients and acting on them effectively
• Building strong client relationships, including with owner-managed businesses
• Working with members of the public and official bodies in a courteous, confident way About you
• Experience in Commercial Property law and managing your own caseload in a solicitors' office
• A good working knowledge of the law and regulations in this area, including the SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcomes Focused Regulation
• Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Able to take in information from people and documents quickly and accurately
• Excellent IT skills
• Self-motivated, comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a supportive team What's on offer
