Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU30/26) will deliver live, virtual English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning engaging lesson activities, presenting course materials online, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The tutor will use digital tools and platforms to conduct classes, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records of lessons and student performance. The role also involves adapting teaching methods to suit individual learner needs, communicating clearly with learners and, where applicable, their guardians, and participating in occasional training or coaching sessions. This is a full-time remote role that requires reliable internet access and the ability to work independently from a home-based environment. Qualifications
