Asset Management Associate, Infrastructure Private Equity, London

An established and entrepreneurial private equity investor focused on critical mid-market infrastructure assets is looking to appoint an Associate to its Asset Management team. The team works closely with portfolio companies to drive performance, support strategic initiatives and create value throughout the investment lifecycle. Key responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly DCF valuations and modelling of portfolio company performance
• Support portfolio companies with refinancing, major capex projects and bolt-on acquisitions
• Lead fund performance modelling
• Support investor reporting
• Work closely with management teams on commercial and strategic initiatives, as well as being actively involved in value creation projects About you:
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify value drivers
• Experience in infrastructure, energy or utilities advantageous
• Fluency in English and one additional European language is a prerequisite
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working closely with portfolio company management teams This is a highly commercial role offering significant exposure to portfolio businesses and investment decision-making.
