Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham OR London Hybrid | Up to £110,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits I'm working on a Senior Manager opportunity focused on large-scale supply chain and procurement transformation across defence and other complex, asset-intensive sectors. The role will involve leading programmes across areas such as:

• Supply chain strategy and operating model design
• Integrated planning / S&OP
• Procurement and third-party spend optimisation
• Supplier and commercial performance improvement
• ERP, AI and digital-enabled supply chain transformation
• Cost, productivity and operational improvement There is particular interest in people who have used ERP platforms, planning systems, AI, analytics, automation or control towers to improve planning, forecasting, visibility, decision-making and operational performance. We're looking for people who have led meaningful transformation programmes and can operate confidently with senior stakeholders. Relevant backgrounds include Defence, Aerospace, Aviation, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, Engineering, Energy and Nuclear. Package: up to £110,000 base + car allowance + bonus + benefits.
