This is a significant opportunity to lead and shape Wokingham Borough Council's integrated housing services at a pivotal time. As Service Director, Housing Operations, you will provide visible, strategic and operational leadership across our landlord, housing needs, homelessness, temporary accommodation and asset management functions. You will ensure that residents have safe, well-managed homes and accessible, preventative services, while strengthening regulatory assurance, improving performance and maintaining the long-term sustainability of our Housing Revenue Account.
