You will support Legal Advisors on development acquisitions and asset management matters, managing pre and post-completion processes and due diligence. Join a collaborative development team delivering socially impactful work using innovative real estate technology. Key Responsibilities

• Manage transaction timelines
• Support due diligence and property enquiries
• Complete Land Registry submissions and searches
• Draft standard correspondence and file documents
• Assist on asset management matters Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Confident using new technology and AI tools
