About The Role Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8 - 12 £27,709 - £29,542 Pro Rata £14.36 - £15.31 Per Hour Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 5 Days – 25 hrs per week, term time only Main Place of Work: All Saints C/W Primary Description: The Big Fresh Catering Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Manager. Number of meals served on site: approximately 100 - 110 daily Applicants will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and should preferably have experience of large-scale catering. About You What you need:

• Ability to supervise staff to achieve the service objectives
• Ability to plan and organise the kitchen to its full potential
• Be able to use their own initiative in the day to day running of the kitchen
• At least 2 years practical cooking experience in a busy catering environment within the last 3 years.
