We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Room Leaders to join our friendly and nurturing nursery team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 1 to 11 years, creating exciting learning experiences that spark curiosity, imagination and confidence every day. As a Room Leader, you'll play a key role in guiding a small team to deliver outstanding care and education while ensuring your room provides a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported. No two days are ever the same. One moment you may be leading a woodland adventure, hunting for bears and hidden treasures, and the next you could be exploring outer space through imaginative play. You'll help create those magical "wow" moments that make children excited to learn, discover and belong.
