APAC Supply Chain Transformation Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced transformation and project management professional to drive strategic initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations within a regional environment Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation and business improvement projects from planning through implementation and post-launch stabilization.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supply chain functions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop practical, scalable solutions to support business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Establish project governance, manage risks, and drive execution against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Support the deployment and enhancement of operational systems, digital tools, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend initiatives to improve productivity, service levels, visibility, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to standardize best practices and drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requirements
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects within supply chain, logistics, operations, or related environments.
• Strong experience across transportation, warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Exposure to system implementation, platform rollout, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex regional or matrix organizations.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience within retail, consumer goods, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments would be advantageous.
