Insurance Business Analyst

Multinational to medium-size insurance companies are looking for business analysts at various levels for the business growth. Business Analysts (Analyst to Senior Manager Levels) Responsibilities:

• Participate in various insurance projects
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of the assigned projects
• Collect and analyze information from users for preparing user requirements
• Liaise with users, IT, vendors for business solution design and enhancement
• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Conduct end-user training
• Support ad hoc production issues
• Manage project timeline and progress Requirements:
• University graduate; with 2+ years' BA experience in insurance projects
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Project management skills would be a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Manager/ Senior Manger would require team management experience
