CRM and Partnership Manager

We are partnering with a leading consumer-facing business to identify a commercially minded professional to drive strategic growth initiatives, customer engagement programmes, and partnership development across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies that support broader business objectives.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, digital platforms, and other key business partners to drive customer growth and commercial opportunities.
• Evaluate customer and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor market developments, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, performance metrics, and success measures for strategic initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of business priorities.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Around 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, partnerships, CRM, loyalty, commercial marketing, digital engagement, or related functions.
• Experience gained within consumer, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, e-commerce, financial services, or other customer-centric industries would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven experience working across multiple functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
