Senior FP&A Analyst

Are you a qualified finance professional who thrives on turning complex financial data into meaningful commercial insight?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join key business based in Grimsby, working closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting activities across a diverse group of businesses. This position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Producing monthly management information and performance analysis.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making.
• Delivering insightful variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and profitability analysis.
• Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management and board-level stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvements in reporting, planning and analysis processes.
• Supporting month-end activities within the wider finance team.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
