Commercial Finance Manager Professional Services / Consulting London We're partnering with a market-leading professional services organisation to introduce a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a highly visible role sitting at the heart of commercial performance, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive growth, profitability and business transformation. What you'll be doing:

• Delivering commercial insight across business units, clients, projects and service lines.
• Building sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions, investments and growth initiatives.
• Analysing revenue, margin, pricing and profitability drivers to identify value creation opportunities.
• Supporting enterprise-wide performance reporting, forecasting and planning.
• Turning complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Contributing to finance transformation, process improvement and enhanced analytics capabilities. What we're looking for:
• Strong commercial finance or FP&A experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Track record of supporting strategic decision-making through insight and data.
• Experience working with complex datasets and stakeholder groups.
• Strong Excel skills, with Power BI experience advantageous.
