🚨 Analyst – M&A / Corporate Finance | London We are currently working with a leading Technology & Infrastructure investment banking boutique and are looking to connect with ambitious professionals for an Analyst opportunity in London. 📍 London, UK 💼 Analyst – M&A / Corporate Finance ⚡ Transport & Energy 🌍 Cross-Border Transactions The firm has executed transactions across 20+ countries in Europe, the US and Asia, advising entrepreneurs, corporates and industry leaders on complex cross-border transactions. What you'll work on

• M&A and corporate finance transactions from start to completion
• Financial analysis and modelling
• Market and sector analysis
• Pitch books and investment memoranda
• Transaction and process management
• Direct exposure to clients, investors and buyers
• Working closely with senior dealmakers, partners and industry experts What we're looking for
• 1+ year of relevant full-time experience
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Econometrics or another financially oriented discipline
• Strong interest in Transport and Energy
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong understanding of the relationship between data, strategy and execution
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and resilient mindset
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
