Management Accountant - Finance Business Partner

Our client is an amazing PE backed multi site retail business based by Chipping Norton. They have sites in UK and one in Europe and looking for an ambitious candidate for a new created role. This role is supported by a transactional team, works along side a group management accountant, and reports into the Financial Controller. In this role you will produce full sets of Management Accounts for different entities, then own the budgeting. forecasting and business partnering with senior leaders to give strategic insight and cost analsis. They are currently working on a project to automate manual processes, improve reporting and month end close which you would also be initially part of. This means that there is more of a reporting focus initially... but will develop into a very commercial management accountant / business partnering role where you can have ownership and work closely with senior stakeholders on forecasting, budgeting and variances. Salary: £55k - £60k Ideal Candidate:

• Progressive and ambitious candidates who have produced full sets of mangement accounts.
• Able to communicate and wants to work in an environment where they are valued
• Open to newly qualified, or ambitious Part Qual or Finalst candidates who still have produced Management Accounts.
• Has either business partnered with senior leaders and looked after budgeting / forecasting... OR wants a role like this where they can do it along with their reporting.
• Retail, fashion, or multi site experience ideal but not essential Office: In office 5 days per week with Free parking. Flexi-time is available in regards to start time i.e 8-5, 9-6 (Remote or Hybrid is not available currently. Start date: They can meet and hire asap, but can also meet someone and wait for 1month notice
