Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (7+ PQE) Manchester | Hybrid Working £75K to £85K DOE and PQE level A leading Manchester law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The Role You'll advise a broad client base including developers, asset managers, investors and businesses on a wide range of property disputes, including:

• Commercial property disputes
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals and forfeiture
• Dilapidations claims
• Service charge disputes
• Possession and trespass claims
• Insolvency-related property issues
• Professional negligence and breach of contract claims
