• Lead the customer experience strategy across all food and hospitality outlets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients and internal teams.
• Gather customer feedback and turn insights into improvements.
• Drive engagement initiatives, events and promotional activity.
• Support operational teams to deliver exceptional service every day.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience. What We're Looking For
• Experience in customer engagement, hospitality, retail or guest experience management.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
