Director of Audience Growth and Monetisation

Director of Audience Growth & Monetisation | London Hybrid What would you do with a trusted, fast-growing content brand, a substantial archive and the ambition to reach millions more people? We're partnering with a leading UK creator-led media business to find a growth leader who can take its podcasts and video channels such as YouTube into their next phase. You'll own audience strategy across YouTube, podcast platforms and the wider content ecosystem. That means finding new audiences, giving existing ones more reasons to return, and turning insight into better decisions about topics, formats, packaging and distribution. You'll also connect audience growth to commercial growth: improving YouTube pre-roll and mid-roll performance, exploring new markets and revenue opportunities, and building stronger direct relationships with audiences. This is a role for someone who can move between the data, the content and the business. You'll lead a team, work closely with producers and commercial colleagues, and have the influence to turn a bold growth strategy into action. We'd love to hear from leaders who have:

• Grown audiences at scale across creator-led media, podcasts, entertainment or adjacent platforms
• Deep, strategic and technical YouTube expertise in terns of driving views, dwell-time, acquiring subs and recurring audiences / engagement
• Experience scaling and building significant communities on YouTube and Podcasts
• Improved revenue or advertising yield alongside audience performance
• Built useful testing and measurement frameworks
• Won the trust of creative teams while challenging them to think bigger You'll need more than impressive channel numbers.
