Engineering Manager

Looking for an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager to join our dynamic business to help us with continuous improvements and operational efficiency. To lead and manage a team of Machine Setters and Maintenance Engineers, ensuring production operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. You Will Be Responsible For:

• Team management.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Fault diagnosis.
• Health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Continuous improvements and efficiency of manufacturing productivity.
• Cycle times, machinery capacity etc.
• Engineering records and documentation. About the Company:

• Nearly 150 years in their sector with high quality products and exceptional service with a long standing work force. Key Skills/Experience Required:
• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in chemical, process, mechanical, manufacturing or related engineering disciplines.
• Significant process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience undertaking HAZOP and process risk assessment.
• Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX requirements Salary/Benefits Information:
