Investment Banking - Restructuring Associate

In this role, you will engage in a broad spectrum of restructuring transactions across diverse industries, handling deals of varying sizes and working on some of the most complex and highly leveraged transactions in the market. Additional duties include:

• Assistance in the full deal process and execution of mandates
• Raising debt and equity financing
• Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients
• Establish financing solutions for all parties
• Track market developments and transactions
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis
