We are seeking an ambitious Senior Manager, Member Success & Growth to lead the day-to-day operation of a prestigious property network representing some of the UK's most respected independent estate agency businesses. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of member engagement, retention, business development and operational performance within a highly regarded organisation at the heart of the property industry. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Building and nurturing relationships with agency owners, directors and senior stakeholders
• Driving member engagement, retention and renewal performance
• Leading strategic business reviews and member success initiatives
• Identifying and converting new membership opportunities
• Supporting revenue growth through partnerships, events and member participation
• Overseeing operational performance and implementing key business initiatives
