Employment Solicitor / Associate – London - Salary up to £120k + Benefits + Bonus An internationally recognised law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor / Associate to join its market-leading Employment practice in London. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious to work closely with a senior partner group on complex, high-profile employment matters. The role offers exceptional exposure to sophisticated clients, intellectually challenging work and genuine autonomy within a high-performing, collaborative team. You will sit within a well-resourced London team supported by a large international employment platform, providing access to cross-border projects and career-defining work across a variety of sectors. The Role

• Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues
• Leading aspects of cross-border employment projects and restructures
• Advising on executive appointments, exits and sensitive workforce issues
• Supporting TUPE, outsourcing and employment aspects of corporate matters
• Handling restrictive covenants and business protection issues
• Managing your own caseload with client exposure
• Working closely with partners on high-value, complex mandates The Candidate
• Qualified Employment Solicitor with 2–6 years PQE in London
• Strong experience gained within a City or international firm environment
• Background advising on employment litigation and advisory matters
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing client relationships and senior stakeholders
