Junior Real Estate Solicitor Manchester | Private Practice An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Real Estate Solicitor to join the highly regarded Real Estate team of an international law firm in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a sophisticated commercial real estate practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality transactions. The Role You will work as part of a collaborative and growing Real Estate team, advising a diverse client base across a variety of commercial property matters. Your work is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leasing and landlord & tenant matters
• Property development and investment work
• Real estate finance and secured lending matters
• Portfolio management and asset management
• Property due diligence
• Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements and other property documentation
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while working closely with senior members of the team and gaining exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate work. About You We are looking for a junior qualified solicitor, ideally around NQ–2 PQE, with experience in commercial real estate. You will ideally have:
• Experience within a reputable Real Estate/Property team
• Good knowledge of commercial property transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A commercial approach and genuine interest in real estate
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and take on responsibility Candidates from either a large international firm or a strong regional practice will be considered, provided they can demonstrate good-quality commercial real estate experience.
