Conveyancing Paralegal Bromley, London An established London law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its established Residential Property team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a well-established law firm and gain further exposure to a broad range of residential property matters. The Role You will provide support to the residential conveyancing team across a varied caseload, assisting with matters from initial instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting solicitors with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
• Carrying out property and title searches
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Assisting with exchange and completion
• Preparing completion statements and relevant documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date matter files
• Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
• Providing general administrative and fee-earning support to the team About You The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
• Good knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• A professional and client-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Candidates who are working towards a CILEX qualification or SQE would also be welcomed.
