The role 🏠Carrying out accurate and professional property valuations. ⭐️Clearly communicating why clients should use us to sell their property. 🏆Winning new instructions and helping the business continue to grow. 🤝Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients. 📈Providing expert advice on the local property market. 👫Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities. We're looking for someone who: 💡Ideally has experience within residential estate agency or sales. 🎖️Has a proven track record in customer service. 🧭Knows Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth and the surrounding areas. ❤️Is confident, driven and motivated to build a career within this industry. ☎️Has excellent communication and organisational skills. 🚙Holds a full UK driving license with use of own car. What's on offer? £32,000–£35,000 OTE, depending on experience and performance. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your career within an established and growing independent estate agency, with a supportive team and a strong local reputation.
