New Long Term Contract for the role of D365 CRM Senior Technical Architect Location: London (Hybrid-Travel to customer site will be required) Contract Duration: 1 Year IR35 Status: Inside IR35 The Role Technical developer Role requires strong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 2016, ensuring seamless execution Your Profile Key skills/experience: Essential skills/experience:

• Proficient in CRM Functional areas in Sales Automation, Field Service Automation, Customer Service Automation, and Service management functionality.
• Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integrations, and Power Platform development
• Extremely sound in Azure services, core .NET technology, Power Platform, and related areas – Web API, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SSIS, SQL Server
• Sound in Architecture / Design concepts, patterns, and best practices in Microsoft Technologies
• Expert in deployment aspects both manual and automated
• Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a deep understanding of its various modules such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) would be a plus.
