Reservations and Ticketing Officer

·       Handling ticketing and reservation for FIT, Group bookings ·       Handling the flight irregularity, flight management ·       Handling Schedule change to agents and passengers ·       Follow up/ facilitate other Reservation & Ticketing's activities, such as: BSP check, Q check, … ·       Supporting the frequent flyer program ·       Supporting to handle customers' claims, requests ·       Increase communication between Vietnam Airlines and passengers, Trade partners Requirements / Skills ·       Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent. ·       Preferably have 2 years working experience in the airline industry. ·       Excellent written oral skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above). ·       Ability to negotiate and promote at the highest level. ·       Be available to travel within the UK and internationally when required. ·       IT: MS Office, other software of the airlines (i.e. Amadeus, Access GDS etc.).
