Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI/ML Engineer AI Infrastructure Remote $150k - $250k Plexus is partnering with a venture-backed start-up building next-generation AI infrastructure. Their platform enables large language models to run reliably and efficiently at scale, with a strong focus on performance and security. It's a small, highly technical, fully remote team solving some of the hardest problems in production AI, and they're now moving into their next phase of growth. They are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to help build and scale the core inference infrastructure underpinning their platform. Role:

• Developing and optimising ML inference pipelines at scale.
• Contributing to systems that ensure the integrity and reliability of model outputs.
• Integrating open-source models into the platform's API layer.
• Improving performance and reliability of distributed GPU infrastructure. Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong background in model inference, optimisation and deployment.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and GPU compute environments.
• Experience working with open-source LLMs and modern API frameworks. Benefits:
