Apprentice Skills Coach in Business Administration and Customer Service We are looking for a full time Apprentice Skills Coach in Business Administration and Customer Service! You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. If you do we'll provide the qualifications and skills needed to assess / verify. What you'll need: - You'll need to provide the relevant occupational experience and we'll provide the assessing and verifying qualifications. You'll need to be enthusiastic, resilient and are a highly motivated individual with Literacy / Numeracy to at least Level 2, and NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. We'll put you through your Assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA, D32) and give you the skills you needed to support with the training needs of learners through a range of methodologies. Here's the standard bit: - You will deliver training, assessing and quality assuring work-based learning programmes, in line with the college's Apprenticeship Strategy. Working towards the growth of high quality, employer focused provision that maximises the opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.
