Learning and Development Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join a high-performing professional services environment, supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programmes across a European population. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and coordinating legal and professional development programmes aligned to career progression and business needs.
• Managing training calendars, learning events, conferences and induction programmes for early-career and experienced professionals.
• Overseeing CPD compliance, learning records, reporting and learning management systems.
• Evaluating programme effectiveness through engagement data, feedback and attendance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful learning and talent development initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience within a global law firm, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for learning, development and talent growth!
