This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the People function, partnering with senior leaders to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include - Lead and deliver high-impact People projects and transformation initiatives. Manage a portfolio of strategic and operational programmes. Establish effective governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes. Use data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align priorities and deliver change. Driving Strategy into Action You'll take ownership of turning strategic priorities into well-defined delivery plans with clear milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success measures. Building Excellence in Delivery You'll establish and continuously improve the frameworks that support successful project execution. Leading Portfolio Management You'll oversee strategic programmes alongside operational People projects, ensuring resources and priorities remain aligned. Data, Measurement & Insight You will champion a results-driven approach to delivery by ensuring success is measurable and outcomes are sustained. Connecting the People Function As a key connector across specialist People teams, you'll ensure initiatives are aligned, coordinated, and delivered effectively. Background needed Experience within People, HR, transformation, or business operations environments. Strong experience in programme, portfolio, or project management. Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on delivery mindset. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
